Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your item, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel. We cannot cancel orders in transit.
How is my order shipped?
We ship via Australia Post.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we are only shipping to Australia.
When will my order ship?
All in-stocks orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after we have received your order, though there may be some delays around sales and peak periods.
You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info.
Do you accept returns once the order is shipped?
We cannot accept returns once the item is shipped.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post and the cost is calculated based of your order value.
For order value under $30, shipping fee is $6.99.
For order value between $30 - $60, shipping fee is $10.99.
For order value over $60, shipping is free of charge.
Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
The shipping address on my order is incorrect, can I change it?
Please get in touch at info@unwindstore.com.au within 24 hours of your purchase as we may be able to correct your shipping address.
We are not able to update a shipping address once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we highly suggest making changes through contacting Australia Post.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All the orders are shipping via Australia Post.
For Standard Parcel Post, it would take 2 - 6 business days for most metro areas.
For Express Parcel Post, it would take 1-3 business days for most metro areas.
Shipping times may be longer to rural and non-metro addresses and during peak times.
How do I track my order?
All the orders comes with tracking numbers from Australia Post.

My order was marked as delivered but never arrived, what do I do?
If you haven't received your package after it has been marked delivered, follow these steps:
- Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address.
- Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
- Check with your neighbours, family, or roommate(s). They might have accepted the package for you.
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package.
- Give it a little more time. Some shipping carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 business days to account for this. Thanks for your patience!
If it has already been past 2 days and your package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to start a claim andreach outto us with your order number to let us know.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?

How do I make a return/exchange?
Please email us info@unwindstore.com.au to kick start your return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. For more information please email info@unwindstore.com.au.
Is there a fee for returns?
Unfortunately yes, you will need to pay for the shipping cost for the return items.
We don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged you will need to send an image to info@unwindstore.com.au - the damage will be assessed by the Unwind team.
Please retain the damaged product and your proof of purchase, that will assist with the claims process.
Unwind will assist with the re-delivery of your purchase at no extra cost.
